2 whole figs cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of roasted walnut
1 cup of greek yoghurt
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celcius.
- Place the figs and walnuts and on a baking sheet cut-side up.
- Roast the walnuts until brown (less than 10 minutes) and the figs until juices are running out and soft when poked. Remove figs from the oven and put them in refrigerator to cool down faster.
- Layering of yoghurt, roasted figs and walnuts plus a drizzle of honey, and repeat it again until the cup is full.
